- 3 hrs INCLUDED; (Overage is an additional $100 per hour).

Price does include room set-up with chairs & 5 ft. (60 in.) banquet round tables and/or 8 ft. (96 in.) rectangular tables).
CATERING OPTIONS:
- All food and beverages must be supplied by the Garden of the Gods Trading Post. Please refer to our menu below for catering options.

Outside Seating:
Private garden space attached to the conference center for guests to enjoy before or during your event. Outside seating available upon request, depending on weather conditions.
Table Settings:
Black tablecloths will be provided for all tables. Table runners, seasonal decor, and centerpieces are available upon request and included in the room rental fee. Guests are welcome to decorate the event space how they see fit. Please make arrangements with the Events Coordinator.
We offer a cash bar featuring a curated selection of beers and wines:
- Beers: $6 each
- Wines: $7 each
Looking for non-alcoholic options? We can craft an assortment of delightful mocktails as well to suit your preferences. Choose between:

The special events conference center is located on the lower level of the Garden of the Gods Trading Post Gift Shop in the historic Garden of the Gods Park.

There is a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 to rent the space. The Flat Room Rate is $600.00. Please note that this price does not include the price of food and beverage.
Price does include room set-up with chairs & 5 ft. (60 in.) banquet round tables and/or 8 ft. (96 in.) rectangular tables.
Our conference room can be rented for a minimum of 3 hrs. Additional hours are $100 per hour. It is available from 9:00 am to 8:30 pm; Monday through Saturday, during the months of October to March.
We have a non-refundable deposit of $250.00.
Final guest count for per person pricing is due one week prior to the scheduled event. This is a minimum number that the Garden of the Gods Trading Post will use to configure the bill.
If more guests attend, you will be charged more; if less guests attend you will still be billed for the called-in guest count.
Total charges are based on an actual headcount or guarantee number, whichever is greater.
The tax rate of 9.03% and gratuity/service fee of 20% will show on the final bill. The non-refundable deposit will apply to the final bill before gratuity.
The conference center is unavailable for booking on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Our space can accommodate up to 120 guest indoors and up to 180 when including our private outdoor garden space.

Our Primary Package starts at $25 per guest and includes choice of two appetizers, one entree, and one dessert. Additional appetizers or desserts will add an additional $2 per guest.
